In a violent, futuristic city where the police have the authority to act
as judge, jury and executioner, a cop teams with a trainee to take down
a gang that deals the reality-altering drug, SLO-MO.
Alot of ppl recommend it to me .. i'm not a fan of the comic or the character and i didn't even seen the 1st movie Sylvester Stallone .. was lookin to see a decent action movie that im hoping to enjoy watchin .. but to be honest that movie is a rubbish ! i give it 3.1/10
