if a girl is diagnosed with cancer what do u think is best. if she told the man she loves about her condition and watch him suffer with her? or if she keeps quiet the whole time and let him discover when she dies so that he will only suffer once?

His girlfriend was diagnosed with cancer and lost all of her hair, so he shaved his hair off just for her..
